Hi everyone.
Finally, I have a new ADSL Internet connection at home. Tonight I´m happy!
It took longer than I thought because I requested a new phone line. This new phone line didn´t support the Internet speed I contracted and this caused more trouble than I expected. The speed had to be reduced but I didn´t notice much difference from my previous connection. This means I did a good deal after all. I will pay less for the same speed and service I had before :)
Technical support was nice, they took a week to solve my problem but the issue was in my flat. Considering that Portugal is an extremely burocratic country...I should be happy...
Now that I have the new connection imagine what I did?
I spent a good part of the night returning drops and visiting my Entrecard fellows. It feels great to be back!
Now I have loads of stuff to do and many things to catch up such as tags, awards, comments, updates in my other blogs, etc. Tomorow, I will focus on my other blogs, I need to update them asap.
I also have some news in my personal life. I will blog about this later. Right now, I have to catch some sleep because tonight I made drops until I dropped :)See you soon xx

Hope you all had a good weekend. Mine was good.
I spent most of my time at home with my daughter doing spring cleanings. Spring arrived and we don´t use woollen clothes anymore. I use different closets to keep winter and summer clothes and this weekend I decided to do this change.
I also organized the imense pile of papers I had in my office. It feels great when I have things tidy and clean.

Sleeping Well
As my readers know, I am a night owl type of person. I like sleeping in the morning and working in the afternoon or at night. I know some persons that are just like me but most of my friends prefer working during daytime.
Now that I do not have the Internet connection at home, I’ve been resting more than usual. Instead of blogging at night, I’ve been working in my school project and reading some books I bought long ago.
I think it’s more important to sleep well than the schedule in which you do it. A high quality bed with a good mattress and no worries in our minds are key factors to a good night of sleep.

I still don´t have Internet at home.
Right now, I´m a bit mad with the new Internet provider. I´m disapointed because the service I requested isn´t as quick as I thought.
I requested a new phone and Internet connection early this month, March 5th and made the payment in the same day. They installed the new phone this Monday 23 but, for some reason, the Internet wasn´t activated.
I already phone them three times but until today nothing happened. I don´t understand why they don´t solve my problem. When they sold me the service they guaranted that I would have Internet as soon as the phone was installed but their promisse was in vain. Yesterday, I phoned them demanding an explanation for this delay and now I´m waiting for their answer.
Once I can´t blog from home, I came to my University to meet my teacher and update my blogs. I still can´t make drops and I also miss my EC friends.

I Need a New Cell Phone
I have a 3G Samsung cell phone since March 2005. When I bought this phone it was one of the best products in the store. It cost me around three hundred Euros, which I paid in one year.

Four years passed and only now I started having problems with this cell phone. The battery is going crazy and when I talk for more than five minutes the phone gets too hot, which is strange and frightening. I´m not sure if cell phone radiation is safe or what it causes in our brain. I need to read more research about this topic.
I´m considering buying a new cell phone but I´m not sure which brand to choose. One thing I´m sure, I will buy a cheaper phone with less technology. Maybe a cheaper phone will last more than a top line like I have.

My New Blogging Adventures
My new blogging adventures are related to food. Ok, you can laugh but it was the best niche I could find to start a new blog in my language.
After researching using the major search engines and Google Keyword tool I found there´s still some space for new websites. With this tool, I found there are thousands of people searching for food topics in my language.
I decided to start a food blog in Portuguese to share my recipes but also to make some more SEO experiences. For now, I´m very happy with results. I started this blog in February and I already have daily search engine traffic from Google. I think I´m doing a good job with this blog and every day I work a bit more to improve it. Content is not a problem for me, I have so many recipes that it will take years before I run out of blogging subject :)
Well, if you knew me in person, you would know that subject is something I always have :) It´s difficult to find me quiet or speachless.
My next step is to see how this blog performs with Adsense. It would be great if I could get some more extra clicks.

Changing Internet Provider
Hi again.
I just want to let my readers and visitors know that I´m going to change my Internet provider in a few days. I was happy with the current provider but I need to change the account to my name.
When I went to the PT shop to get informed I found that I could have a cheaper plan with no international traffic limits if I pay the service with direct debit from my bank account. This is good news, I love saving! I will pay less money for the same service. So, I´ll be changing from Meo to Sapo ADSL.
This means that with the change I won´t have Internet for a few days. I don´t know for how long I will be without Internet connection. I just hope it won´t take long, otherwise I´ll go nuts :)
Well, I can always go to my University and post from there but it´s not the same. If you don´t see me around, or returning drops, it´s because I don´t have Internet at home. I´ll be back as soon as possible.

Heath Plans
Being healthy isn´t cheap. I have a health plan trough my husband´s company that covers most of my needs. If I had to count only with public services I would spend less money and more time but wouldn´t have access to the best doctors and clinics like I have. In my country, social security services and public hospitals could be much better than they are.

Well, I´ve been working on it. I wanted to start another blog in Portuguese (easier for me to create content) but I wasn´t sure which niche would be more profitable so I had to do my research homework.
I spent a few days analysing data and concluded that Portuguese food niche still has space for me so I went ahead and started another blog.
My blogging goals are:
~ Share my recipes with Portuguese speaking community;
~ Apply my SEO knowledge to have search engine traffic, like my art blog;

Friday 13th & Full Moon
Hi everyone.
Yesterday, I went to bed earlier than usual and skipped updating Night Clicks. This night owl is getting old :)
Every Thursday, my daughter has english lessons at 9.00 am so we must get up very early. At night after cooking dinner, I´m already KO. Because I was so sleepy, I only updated some of my other blogs and did my EC round.
Ok, so today is Friday 13th. Are you very superticious or just a bit?
I am a bit but once I was born on a Friday 13th, I think this must be my lucky day :)
In our hemisphere, we´re having full moon as well. So, Friday 13th with full moon, should I go out today?

Blogger Status: Distressed
Hi everyone.
As my post tittle says, I´ve been distressed because of my offline life.
Even if I don´t want, the situation I´m going trough affects me as a blogger. The feeling is: "you can run but you can´t hide".
As you can imagine, I don´t want to explain all details of my personal life here. In Portugal, we have a saying that mentions "For a good understanding half word is enough" and in my case one letter explains it: D.
For now, I´m about to loose my car but not my legs :) I´ve been brainstorming solutions for my case and with myother´s help I think I´ll find a good solution for me and my daughter. Although I sometimes get depressed, I´m a positive person in essence and I know I´m not lost, like this week´s MM song says.
Today, I only did a few drops, I had to go out all afternoon. Right now, I´m going to check some handmade steampunk items and then I´m off to EC to relief some stress.

Hope you´re having a good weekend.
This weekend I don´t have any special plans to go out. I´m going to do the usual housechores and then invest some time in my school work. I have some articles in english to read and I´d like to start writing my project´s introduction.
To do this I need to unplug so, today, I started working online at 9.00 am. I know, it´s not normal in me but I really need to organize my work in a different way. Yesterday, Friday night, I went to bed around 2. I was so sleepy that I didn´t finish drops, which is one of the last chores that I do online. The night before I didn´t sleep much so yesterday I had to make it up. Today, I´m feeling better and with enough energy to work until late. Tomorow I need to sleep well because Monday morning I have things to do with my daugher.

Some weeks ago, we went to Algarve Shopping in Albufeira. At that time, I blogged about it in a personal post but only today I had some time to pass the pictures to my notebook.

Running a blog isn´t easy, now multiply all the work by 7, it´s crazy I know. I need 48 hours days, urgently :)
At least, I have a "To Do" list. If I forgot any award or tag, please remind me because due to so much chores I sometimes forget stuff.

Charity Event for BMW Owners: 4ngiefest
If you live in USA and you own a BMW, don´t forget that 4angiefest is in Saturday, April 4th.
4angiefest annual meet, now in it´s third edition, takes place in Stone Mountain Park, near Atlanta, but anyone can go.
4ngiefest BMW event started by Angie H. as a local meeting but grew and expanded to other activities such as an online car forum community. They are a registered 5013c organization which is oriented to BMW owners, cars and motorcycles.
Every year, this non-profit organization sells merchandise and collects private donations which are all sent to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
Last year, 4angiefest donated $1,300 to this society but this year they want to exceed this amount. To reach their goal, and donate even more money to this noble cause they need everyone´s participation.

Night Out & Movie: Bedtime Stories
Last Saturday, me and my daughter had a night out. We went to Forum Algarve, the big shopping mall here in Faro.
It was great, we had dinner and saw a movie. We saw "Bedtime Stories" which we enjoyed very much.
We had some good laughs with this movie. The story has a good message and is as hilarious as the actor. The kids in the movie have a pet, a very well done animation that makes us smile the whole movie.
If you have kids but you haven´t watched this movie yet, I recommend it, it´s worthy. Bedtime stories is a movie for all family members, as we say here, from 8 to 80. Can´t wait to do another program like this with my little angel.

I like chatting online and although I´m curious, I never tried video chat. Video chat is the latest trend in Internet chatrooms for users that like live chat.

I´d like to send a big "Thank You" and show my appreciation to all EC droppers that visit Night Clicks.
I always say, it´s not easy to be a Top Dropper. It takes time, persistence and if you´re an EC member, you know exactly what I mean.
As you can see below, in February, Night Clicks Top Droppers all had 31 drops!
Not a piece of cake. Although I´m a frequent dropper, I find really hard to be on Top.
This month, instead of ad space I´m giving link love to all that made Top 10.
Once again, my most loyal Top Dropper was Liza. This month, she did a great job again. She´s made 10 Top in all my blogs! Thanks Liza!

Two years ago, we bought a new car. At that time, we gave some cash and made a car loan to cover the rest.
We did a car loan with specific payment conditions which included twenty four fixed payments and after that period of time we have several options. We can renegotiate the loan and extend it for twenty four more payments, we can get a new car or we can end the contract and return the car. This loans are a type of rental and at that time it was the best solution for us.
Now that our first loan is ending, we have to decide what to do. I´ve been looking for other types of car loans online to check if I can reduce our monthly payments. I found that if you´re in the opposite situation you can do Pink slip loans. I didn´t know this loans before, they´re appropriate for those who have a car but need money and they´re also called Collateral loan. With this type of services your car is evaluated and you can get a percentage of it´s value. Your loan can be approved, even if you’ve been denied credit elsewhere.
A Car title loan can be a solution if you have a car and need money for an emergency. You need to have all legal papers of the car but you can manage all the process online.
