As I mentioned in previous posts, I´ve been studying in University for the past years.
With my age, studying and being at home without a day time job is a big effort and requires much investment. To persue higher education I need not only financial conditions and skills but also a good dose of motivation.
Before going back to school I was a working mom but when the post office didn´t renovate my contract I had to make a choice. Either I would search for a new job or I would go back to school to take the course I´ve always dreamt about. Thanks to my mother´s help, which offered herself to help me pay some of my studie´s expenses, I was able to put my plan in practice.
First, I started a course in a private University 20 km from where I live which offered organizational psychology courses but I wasn´t sure if this was a good area to follow. I decided to choose mental health counseling instead. After two years in Clinical Pshycology, I decided to require a transfer to a public University near my home. Thanks to my very good grades, my request was approved but I had to start all over again because my actual course orientation is different.
Recently, due to some changes in my personal life, I decided to search for a day time job and found my actual one. Now, it´s more complicated to manage all my tasks than before. If I could, I would prefer to finish my course with an online education system. This would allow me to study from home in my free time. For working professionals, this is the best system to choose because you can work and, at the same time, study at your own pace.
Unfortunatly, in my country this isn´t possible but if you´re in USA an online accredited education is the best way to be a working student.

Blogger Status: Happy & 3 Days Off
Hi everyone.
I´m back from work and now I will have three days off, iupi!:)
I will work in Sunday from 8.00 am to 16.00 pm but three days home is awsome. In my job, new workers like me rarely have days off in a row.
I will use this days to rest, organize my closets (I sure need to do this), make some groceries shopping, update my blogs and work in my school´s project. Besides this, I have the normal housechores to do.
It seems a lot to do in just three days and it sure is. I realised I´m kind of a workaholic that never stops. I´m sure I was a non diagnosed hyperactive child, lol. Well, the truth is I´m always busy with something and I disperse myself in many different activities. I´ve always been like this. When I was home without a daytime job I rested almost the same I do now but in different schedules.
This weekend, I would also like to start working in my new domain blog. Another thing I would like to do in a near future is finding new templates for my blogs. I´m kind of tired of the current ones.
Right now, I´m writing a review but I´ll be off to my daughter´s school in 15 minutes. See you later tonight :)

Blogger Personal Stuff
In the past weeks, I´ve been worried about my mother´s health. I learned from her that she´s having many difficulties and I feel a bit guilty about this topic.
As usual, my blog is the place where I let it all out. I enjoy sharing good and bad stuff in my life and, right now, there are a few changes going on.
My mother reached her 7th decade of life but she lives back in my hometown, not near me. I´m her only daughter and we talk on the phone almost every day. She recently told me she´s having some health problems that are interfering with her normal life and now I worry about her every day. I invited her to join me here in Algarve but this is a huge step for her. I would like her to move to my flat because I have a free bedroom but she´s not sure about it.
I made this invitation with plain conscience of all consequences involved. Now, it´s up to her to decide. I think she´s not ready to leave her home yet. I need to respect her point of view but I worry about her. If she moved here I could help her more and worry less because 300 Km are a long distance.
Well, only time will tell. Let´s see what she decides.

As many of you know I often blog about my saving habits and how much I´d like to be more frugal. I blog about how I can spend less and save more to achieve my personal finance goals in a near future. It´s also a way to remember myself that being debt free is really possible.

Thirdly, I started doing a monthly budget and with the money saved I paid my older debts and those wich had higher interest rates. It´s not difficult to do what I did, you just need motivation and good guidelines.

What´s The Matter With People
Hi folks.
I didn´t update Night Clicks last Sunday but I wrote posts for my other blogs. Monday brought another working week but the good news are my next days off. Once again, I´ll have three days off in a row, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Today, I feel like my post´s tittle, I need some rambling...
What´s the matter with people? Is everyone going nuts because of money?
Well, last weekend I had a chocking episode in my job. A middle age couple was robed in their own home while sleeping and the burglers decided that stealing wasn´t enough. They atacked the couple with violence too. The couple ended up in the hospital´s emergencies with their faces and necks cuted.
My neighbour in the 4th floor was robed too. She´s an old ladie living by herself. I got scared to think it could be me.
Today, I opened my blogs and checked my comments to discover that my good friend Metz, from the other corner of the world, was robed too. Someone broke into his flat and stole his laptop.
It seems people are going crazy because of money. It´s true we´re in crisis and economic downturn but I can´t understand why all this violence is happening. It´s not safe to go outside anymore, even in our peaceful Algarve.
I´m annoyed today, maybe scared too. Why so much violence?
Where are we heading?
I don´t see TV anymore but I catch up the news online and on the radio. I can´t belive the world is being destroyed by greedy people!

Portuguese Liberty Day
Today, in Portugal, we celebrate the Freedom day.
To be more exact, we celebrate April 25 because in 1974 there was a revolution we call "Revolução dos Cravos".
In that day, some members of the army started a revolution against the oppressive government of that time. We call this revolution "Revolução dos Cravos".
Cravos are the flowers in the picture above and they´re a symbol of this important day in Portuguese history.
Before the revolution, there wasn´t any freedom of speach and the goverment´s police (PIDE) used to arrest and torture those who expressed ideas against the goverment or the president, called Salazar.
After 1974, books, newspapers and the media in general weren´t censured as before so we call April 25 the freedom day.
I´ll leave you with a video of "Carlos Paredes" playing the song "Verdes Anos" (Green Years). Carlos Paredes was one of our great Portuguese Guitar players who was arrested before 1974. Another great singer associated with this day is Zé Afonso, you can check both in Youtube.

I have never been in USA but I wouldn´t mind spending holidays or a short getaway there. My biggest fear is travelling by plane.
I´ve seen a few TV series that show how some cities look like but it´s not the same thing as going to there myself.
If I could choose, I would like to visit New York and Las Vegas during summertime. I would love to shop in those fabulous malls, well known shops and visit some museums in New York. My idea of Las Vegas is a city to have fun. Vegas is well known for their night attractions, casinos and shows.
I´m not very fond of gambling and I would pass the casinos. One of my favorite activities is attending live concerts or shows and Las Vegas seems to have both like nowhere else in the world.

I finally arrived home. This working day was endless.
Tomorow I will have a day off so only now my weekend will start.
This weekend, the weather is much colder. It doesn´t look like spring anymore so there will be no swimming pool for me.
I don´t have many plans for tomorow. I need to rest and do some housechores. Another thing I really need to do is work in my school project. If I don´t work hard in this project I will disappoint my teacher, myself, and I won´t finish my course by July. Finishing my course is a must so I can progress in my job.
Tonight, I will cook a nice dinner and spend some time blogging.

Home Improvement Ideas
"There´s no place like home" is a saying that I totally agree.
My home is my safe corner and I often think about remodeling and improvement projects for my flat. Currently, I´m finishing my home office project but I already thought about my next project. My home is my safe corner and I often think about remodeling and improvement projects for my flat. Currently, I´m finishing my home office project but I already thought about my next project. After finishing my home office I would like to change my balcony´s floor. Both my balconies have a ceramic type floor but with the time and rain some tiles broke and now I have a couple holes.

I´m back from work. It´s Friday but I can´t say TGIF because I will work tomorow from 8.00 am to 4.00 pm.
Today I´m tired because I did two blogging nights in a row. This means I haven´t slept much but I´m happy because I had the chance to visit some of my fellow blogers and read their latest posts.
I also had some time to do a couple EC rounds and post a few reviews. This reviews are very welcome because they will balance this month´s earnings. My new job doesn´t allow me to dedicate much time to my blogs and that will reflect on my earnings. Well, we can´t have it all, right?
I hope this weekend I finally have time to catch up tags and awards.

Shopping Spree
Hi everyone.
Thursday was my day off from work (it´s half past midnight here) and once I recently received my first check I decided to do some shopping in Forum Algarve.
Two years ago, I decided to have a frugal lifestyle to save money but there are a few essential items that I just can´t skip, such as clothes and shoes.
It´s been ages since I last bought something for me and for my birthday I promissed to offer myself a face cream so tonight I went out with my daughter and did the shopping I was avoiding.
For me I bought some lingerie, two pair of sandals, cotton socks, one shirt, a day cream and one book. For my daughter I bought a pair of shorts, one shirt, a cap and a pair of sandals.
I feel a bit guilty because I spent over one hundred fifty euros but I just can´t avoid buying clothes for my daughter because she´s growing a lot. The extra spending was a book about Karmic Astrology that I really wanted.
This month, I won´t buy anything else but food and essentials but next month I need to buy some more clothes for my daughter and a new swimming suit. Summer will arrive here soon and I will need to buy her more shorts, t-shirts, sandals and a summer jacket.
We also had a burger dinner and one ice cream. I love going out with my daughter because we have fun even when we don´t buy anything. Tonight it was kind of "shop until you drop" :)

Yesterday, was the Earth Day.
As a nature admirer, I often wonder where are we heading. At the pace we´re destroying the Earth...
The next generations must have a different attitude towards natural resources. Are we still in time to save our planet?
The change is in our hands, and yes, we can do something about it. We need to think about our home everyday, not only once a year.
Although I also pollute, I try my best to respect nature. I do recycle but is it enough?

Blogger Personal Stuff: About My New Job
As I recently mentioned, I started working in April 1st. Almost one month has passed and I can tell you I´m happy with my new job for several reasons.
First, with the economy downturn, it´s not easy to find a job in a public institution that offers the same condition´s as mine, specially with one year contract renewable for equal periods until three years.
Secondly, I´m working in health. Health is my studies´ area. I´m learning a new but useful profession that fits my interests. Most important of all, I´m enjoying what I do.
Thirdly, this job gives me an indirect opportunity to help others, which I like and think of it as very rewarding.
There are other positive points about my job such as the possibility to stay there longer because there are a few collegues who will retire in a couple years. Even before I finish my course I have the opportunity to make a change for a better position because I´m one of the persons there that has more qualifications. I just hope all goes well because, with my age, I just can´t waste this opportunity.
It´s not easy to find a good job in my studies area and with a daughter that depends on me, I need to "grab this opportunity with both hands" and never look back.
The job I´m doing requires concentration and some technical knowledge but once I have a good background I can handle it perfectly. In my case, the biggest disvantage in this job is shifts schedules and working till late or during weekends.
In sum, I have a feeling I won´t regret if I give my best but only time can tell.
Yesterday, I received my first payment which is a great help to balance my financial situation. The last time I received a payment from a job was last summer, a long time ago for someone who has expenses every month.

My New Old Car
I recently wrote a post about my car where I mentioned I was about to return it, remember?
Well, in fact I had to give my previous car away but I already bought another one and it´s all paid. Now I have a car of my own and no debt at all.
Previously, I had a dark grey 2007 Ford Fusion and now I bought a black 1999 Ford Techno. Ford is one of my favorite affordable brands. To make this change, I gave my father´s old 1974 Mercedes (that was abandoned in my garage) and paid the rest in cash. Buying an older car isn´t the ideal option but, at least, I´m debit free.
I also had to change my car insurance for a new contract in my name. I even saved some money with this change.

Tomorow, I will have one day off from my job so tonight I decided to do a night owl blogging session, like in "old times" :) I will be up blogging, let me see, probably until 3.00 am :)
I already returned all EC drops made in Night Clicks, took some time to read my fellow bloggers´ latest posts and left some comments. Oh...it´s been only 22 days since I´ve been working but I already miss my blogging routines so much!
Right now, I´m having a warm coffee and looking for some reviews to do.
I also need to check my mails but I´m a bit afraid. It´s been ages since I last opened them and by now I probably have a "million" mails to check, including all the spam junk I receive.
By now, all my mail boxes are full and that´s for sure. I don´t even want to think about the time I´ll need to spend to go trough all mails and clean my box. What a waste of time:)
I think I´ll just press delete all. I´m kidding but I sure feel overwhelmed.
I have some interesting topics to blog about but I´ll leave them for other interim posts. See you later tonight. Cheers!

My New Domain Name
Hello everyone. I´m back from my daily duties.
As my post´s tittle says, I bought a new domain name. You might think I´m crazy and I must admit I am (but only a bit:)). I´m crazy about blogging and, if I could, I would blog part-time and spend more time online.
My offline duties stop me from going further in my online adventures. Blogging can be a lot of fun but unless you´re very lucky and dedicate yourself with heart and soul, it´s not a viable way of having a stable income.
I bought this new domain some weeks ago but I haven´t touched it yet or blogged about my plans. I intend to use this new domain for one of my personal blogs and I will use Google to host it. Google and blogspot allow me to have free hosting for my domains, which is a very good deal because it´s a reliable system. I don´t need to worry with monthly expenses and my blogs are up and running all the time.
I learned how to install my blogspot blog in a domain with a fellow EC blogger. She posted a very useful tutorial in her blog and, after learning how to do it, I think it´s a very good option for my blogging plans.
When I have news about this topic I will update you.

Blogger Status: Back from Work & Blogging Chores
Hi everyone.
I just returned from work, it was a tiring day for me. As usual, last night, I went to bed later than I should. I talked with my mother on the phone for over one hour and got distracted with the hours. At night time seems to fly even faster than during the day.
Now, I need to go out again to pay my bills and do some groceries shopping. At 6.15 pm I have to pick my daughter from school and then I´ll return home for my normal housechores and to cook dinner. Lately, I haven´t done much menu planning so I have to decide dinner on a daily basis.
I´ll be back to blogging only after dinner. There´s so much I need to catch up... Next Saturday, I´ll also work so I won´t have all weekend free like in previous weeks. This week, my days off will be Thursday and Sunday. I already have plans for Thursday so I´ll only have Saturday to rest.
Tonight, If I have enough energy left, I´d like to return EC drops and visit my fellow bloggers from other corners of the world. I´d also like to update both my food blogs because I have a step by step recipe from which I took some pictures.

When I started Night Clicks I was a newbie. I didn´t even know that I could earn a few extra bucks blogging.

Painting Projects
I moved to the flat where I currently live nine years ago. Since I´ve been living in this flat, I already painted one entire room and the kitchen ceiling. I had to paint my daughter´s bedroom because when she was younger she used to make drawings in it´s walls.
The kitchen is the only room in the flat where I smoke. With time and all the cooking I do, the white ceiling became yellow. Now, I also need to paint the bathroom, the hall and the balcony. I wish I could do this project at once but I can´t. I have to do it by parts and the most urgent is the bathroom. My bathroom doesn´t have an exterior window and because of humidity I now have dark spots all over it´s ceiling. The only solution is to use a special product to remove the dark spots and paint it over.

I just read in EC website that with the new paid ads system we can convert our EC credits for cash. EC will buy user´s credits with the revenue generated by the website.
The conversion rate will be 1.00 US dollar for 1000 credits. This conversion rate isn´t much if you consider the time you need to spend dropping to earn the credits.
To be included in this system you need to apply EC for it. First you fill a form with your personal data for US tax system and after this step you need to wait for their answer.
I already applied for the conversion system and now I´m waiting for EC to review my request. I have a bunch of credits that I wouldn´t mind converting for cash. It took me long hours to earn this credits but I only use them to advertise or sponsor contests. Some extra bucks are always welcome.

My Weekend Plans and April Rain
Hi everyone.
Last Thursday, I had my weekend plans sorted out but yesterday I realized they were going to be frustrated by April´s rain. It always rains in April, we even have a saying about it.
It started rainning so much that now I don´t dare going to the swimming pool anymore. I´ll be home doing my housechores, blogging and catching up with my EC fellows. If the weather allows, tomorow I´ll go out.
I also need to clean my car and repair some scratches I did this week. Wednesday morning I was very sleepy and while taking my car out of the garage in a hurry, I made a few scratches because I hited wall. Well, little accidents happen, specially when we´re not paying attention. I have some black paint that maybe will work to cover the scratches.

My High Heels Experience
In 1998, I had an accident and broke my ankle joint in both sides. This accident was the most pathetic thing that ever happened to me.
I went out for dinner to celebrate a friend´s birthday and decided to dress up to the occasion. I was wearing a very neat brown suit and a pair of new high heel shoes.
After dinner I was walking home with my husband when I feel on the street. No, I didn´t have too much to drink, lol. I just lost balance because I was wearing high heels and wasn´t used to the new shoes. The result of this accident was three operations in the space of one year. This happening was very dramatic to me because I had to quit my job at the post office for over one year.
Since this accident happened, I avoided using high heels because I was traumatized with the experience. I started using only comfortable shoes and boots like those you can find at Jildor Shoes: http://JildorShoes.com. Well, my adoration for ugg boots and shoes is another long story.

Blogger Status: Already Making Weekend Plans
Hi everyone.
Today, I´m more tired than in the beginning of the week. The morning shifts I´m doing are a bit hard to keep up, specially because I´ve been up everynight till midnight and sometimes later. It´s not easy to change my night owl habits.
Tomorow is Friday and I´m already making plans for the weekend. This week, I will have two days off in a row again. I´m thinking about going to the swimming pool and shopping in Jumbo mall. My daughter needs new clothes for the comming season and a pair of comfortable shoes.
I already have my job´s May schedule and I need to make the most of it now because next month it won´t be this easy.
Next month I will start making night shifts untill 0.00 am and the days off will be separated. I will have only Saturdays off and I´ll start working Sundays. I will earn more money but I will sure rest less.

In Portugal, franchising represents 1,3% of employment, which is a higher value than I thought.
In the past decade, malls spreaded very quickly and the franchising business is present in all this shopping centers.
As the article in MSN news refered, franchising shops can have lower profits because they include a payment of royalties but their owners have support to establish their business. This is an important aspect, specially for new entrepreneurs, because they don´t start a new business venture alone. My TV News Boycott
Lately, I haven´t seen much television. Specially the news at dinner time. To be updated, I hear the news on the radio while driving, I read the headlines of a few Internet websites or take a peak to a couple daily newspapers when I go to a coffee bar.
I used to watch the evening news every day, but not anymore. The reason for my news boycott is simple: It´s the worst hour of the TV. Here in my country, the news seem to resume only the worst happenings.
One thing I hate to hear is the news about child abuse. I just can´t understand how some people have the guts to hurt children. I think people who hurt children are very sick and should be locked away in a mental institution. Unfortunately, cases of child abuses seem to be more frequent than I wish. It disgusts me profoundly to hear about this cases so I just turn the TV off.
In Portugal there´s no way to know who these offenders are but in countries like USA you can track this dangerous people. There are websites that help Track Sex Offenders. This websites can be helpful because every abuser that was once convicted has a criminal record. Here in my country things work differently, you just can´t identify where the danger is coming from that easily. Maybe in a few years we can have a record system like in US but for now we have to rely in other clues and teach our kids to defend themselves the best they can.

I really would like to keep it up but with my new daytime job I just can´t find free hours every day to make my usual EC round.

Yeah, Happy Birthday to me!
Tonight, at 22.15 pm I was one year older. My night owl tendencies are explained, lol. I was born at night :)
It was a normal day. I worked, went shopping, paid some bills and had a nice dinner with my daughter. Yesterday, I made a chocolate cake to celebrate my birthday and that was all. No big fuzz about it.
When I was younger, I used to celebrate my birthday with my good friends back in my hometown but since I´ve been in Algarve, away from them, things changed.
Well, to be honest, after 30 I started celebrating my birthday with a bit of nostalgy. I don´t feel old but I started noticing my body´s changes. Anyway, my spirit is young, and I think that counts more than my body´s age.
Every year, when Spring arrives I feel like renovating something and this year I decided to have a good haircut. I don´t look like my profile picture anymore.
I´ll change my picture soon so you can see the new me :)

About EC Changes

I had plenty rest this weekend because my week ahead won´t be easy. I´ll be doing morning shifts again and I have to wake up at 6.30 am.
Tomorow is my birthday but I´ll be working. After work, if I have enough energy, I´ll blog at night.
Yesterday, I also did EC strike :)

As most EC users know, the recent changes in the system introduced paid advertising. I´m still learning how this new system works and before I express my opinion about it I have to try it longer. As you know, I like to share my opinions after I try things out.
For now, all I can say is I had many advertisers interested in all my blogs and I will approve all ads.
I noticed paid ads are displayed first. Maybe this isn´t fair and I agree with a double widget solution. I haven´t noticed an increase in my credits and I still don´t know how to convert them for money. I have to check this better and will blog about it later.

I noticed paid ads are displayed first. Maybe this isn´t fair and I agree with a double widget solution. I haven´t noticed an increase in my credits and I still don´t know how to convert them for money. I have to check this better and will blog about it later.

Easter
Hi everyone.
I just wanted to wish all Night Clicks visitors and readers a good Easter.
I´m Christian but I don´t visit church much. Despite this personal option, I haven´t lost my faith.
I also don´t follow all Christian traditions but I like this hollidays.
I will be at home, resting and doing housechores. I´d like to update my other blogs and although I had planned posting about EC paid ads, I´m leaving that topic for another day.

I once ran a coffe shop with my husband for two years and it was a very rewarding experience for both of us. We learned how to run our own business with the many difficulties we found. The overall experience was very good and I just closed the shop because I decided I wanted to have kids, more free time and couldn´t afford paying employees. We had to do everything on our own.

As my post tittle says, I´ve been working but not online. I haven´t blogged much in the past days and not only in Night Clicks. In fact, all my blogs need to be updated, specially NetSource.
Yesterday I opened my blogs but somehow got lost reading astrology websites :) This week, I´ve been doing the morning schedule (8.00 - 16.00), been sleeping less hours and at night, after the housechores, I´m already tired. I think I´m getting old, lol.
This weekend, I´ll have three days off so I´ll be "back in business".

About PR Updates
Hi everyone, hope you´re having a good weekend.
After doing my EC round and visiting blogging resources blogs, such as Atniz, I confirmed there were PR updates in April 1. My fellow bloggers also left me comments that confirm this update. I didn´t notice before because in my blogs everything remains the same.
I managed to keep Night Clicks PR3 (Thanks, G!) and my other blogs PR3 too. My domain NetSource remains with PR0 but this is mostly my fault. I recently changed it´s internal linking structure and didn´t work much to gain more links. I also did a few paid reviews which I think it´s the main cause for not having any PR back.
If G keeps this updates´ pace, the next one will be in the end of July.

My Weekend Plans

TGIF! From now on, I think I´ll say this often :)
This weekend and the next, I don´t work. I´m going to use this free time to read articles for my project, shop groceries, clean my flat, catch up my online work and have some fun with my daughter.
My online duties are way behind. I received awards and blog tags from Mariuca that are long due. A hug from us to this awsome inspiring blogger! Sorry for the delay but, as you know, my life now is a bit upside down.
Tomorow I´ll go to the swimming pool with my daughter. We have a Municipal interior (and warmed) swimming pool in my city wich isn´t expensive. Kids only pay one Euro for two hours.
One of my recent resolutions was to make more exercise because we both need it. Well, we already make more exercise than before, me in my new job and my daughter in the ATL she attends. She´s in the same ATL where I worked last year. They have a cool playground where kids can play footbal and do other exercises but (like me) she loves going to the swimming pool.
It looks like I will have a full weekend. Cheers!

PR Updates
March is already gone and by this time there might be PR updates going on.
Normally, big G makes PR updates every three months but it can take longer or even less time between each new update.
The last update I noticed was in December and it was favorable to most of my blogs. Generally, I notice this updates in my own blogs or when I visit EC bloggers community.
Once I was without Internet connection for over two weeks, I haven´t done my normal EC rounds. This is something I should apologize for to allmy fellow EC bloggers but once my life is upside down, I can´t do much about it. I just don´t have enough time for everything. Now, my question is: Did you notice any updates recently?

First Days At Work
Hi everyone.
My first two days at work went well. I already know my schedule for this month and I think I was very lucky to be placed in a good department.
I´m working at the sterilization department and, although I have a good studies´ level, I never expected to be placed there.
It´s a challenging work, specially for those who never did it (like me). This type of job is demanding, we have many responsabilities, but we don´t deal with patients at all only with tools.
The shifts have different schedules and during this month I will do many mornings. I start at 8.00 am and finish at 16.00 pm. This is a totally different schedule from what I´m used to so it will demand even more from me.
I´m motivated but I´m still a night owl, remember? :) For example, it´s already midnight and I´m still awake, updating Night Clicks and writing a review.
It´s difficult to change myself overnight but opportunities like these can´t be found that easily. All I need is persistence and after some time I will get used to it. I have two days off every week which I will use to rest.
Right now, my main concern is my University course. With a full time job, a daughter and a three rooms flat to take care of, I´m not sure if I will be able to do everything but I will sure try. If my teacher allows, I can do my project until December, otherwise my project needs to be finished till June/July. At the pace I´m going this time limit looks unrealistic to me but if I explain my situation to my teacher maybe she´ll understand. I´m positive she will understand, it´s my only chance to finish my course this year.

Birthday Present: A Good Moisturizer
This month it´s my birthday. Every year I offer myself a present as a way to reward me. This year, I will buy something I really need: skin care products. With my age, I need to take good care of my skin and once my moisturizer is ending I decided to buy myself a new one.
When I was younger, I had some acne problems and now I have an oily type of skin. I like using natural products because they respect my skin´ balance.
Nowadays, it´s easy to find very effective professional products proven by research. I Found A Job!
Lately, I´ve been very happy and today I´d like to share the reason of my happiness:
I found a new job and I will start today, Wednesday, at 9.30 am !
The recent events in my personal life and the economy downturn made me reconsider my professional path. As you know, I´ve been studying in University and this is supposed to be my last year in school. I often wondered if I had made the right choice. I know I did but now things have changed in my personal life and I need to adapt.
In Portugal, a University course doesn´t grant you a job. On the contrary, it´s easier to find a job if you have the 12th grade.
My new job is in the Central Hospital and I will do shifts, including nights and weekends. I will have one year contract with the possibility of renewal.
Considering my country´s situation and my age, this is a great opportunity I couldn´t pass.
From now on, I will have less time to be online but I will try to update my blogs as frequently as I can. My online world is very important to me and I won´t let this job steal my precious blogs. You see, my blogs are my way to relax, to practice my rusty english, to meet other fellow bloggers from different corners of the world and to have some fun after the every day stress.
I´m sure I will like the new job because I love helping people. It will also bring me more money and blogging topics. There goes my night owl nights online :) Well, not all of them but only some. I will know this month´s schedule today. I will share this new experience as soon as I have more news.

I´m not a fashion addict type of person but I have some special tastes. For example, I like army boots and some technical gear such as pants and jackets.
I know this type of clothes aren´t very feminine but as we say in my country tastes can´t be discussed.
When I was a teen I was crazy about Dc Martinez boots but nowadays I don´t wear them often. I wearm my old boots mosly when I go to live concerts.
My hubby also likes this type of clothes, specially pants with many pockets. He says this type of pants are very comfortable and he can avoid using a bag to keep his wallet and other necessary things he carries every day.
