BGM – Affiliate Marketing

If you have a blog or website about finances or business related and you are looking for ways to monetize it, there are different options out there but in sum they all revolve around selling products or services with or without affiliate marketing and advertising.
Perhaps advertising is the most common way to monetize a website because it´s easy to implement and requires little effort from the webmaster while selling and finding good leads are more difficult to do.
If you´re interested in one International affiliate network related to finances, check out Blue Global Media.
Blue Global Media (from now on referred as BGM) is an Arizona based affiliate network founded in 2006. This company specializes in financial affiliate marketing and offers campaigns such as loans, cash advance affiliate program, which is the same as Payday affiliate, and credit reports.
As all affiliate Networks, BGM goal is to maximize earnings both for affiliates and advertisers. As all affiliate schemes, after signing up they supply the advertising tools you need to work and you earn money for each lead you provide them.
If you have a website about financial topics, expertise in this area or would like to try out this opportunity just click in any of the links in this post and you will be directed to this company´s website. By the number of campaigns I saw on their website, they are probably one of the top International affiliate networks working with this finances´ niche.

PR Updates

Today, I noticed that uncle G. did PR updates.
I can still remember last year´s Christmas "gifts" from big G., most of my blogs remained with the same PR. This year, my new info domain gained a modest but welcome PR 1 and most of my other blogs remained with the same PR.
I must confess that this year I haven´t done much link building. In fact, for some blogs I haven´t done any link building at all. This means that I can´t expect any improvements if I haven´t "worked" for them.
This update brought some changes to my blogs. From what I saw today using a free PR checker tool Night Clicks is now a PR2 instead of PR3. I´m not surprised with this reduction because I know that I have more links out than in. I think links are "the" big weight factor in the total result of the equation.
On a positive note my Personal Finances blog dot com domain, which has been PR2 for some time, is now PR3.
My Glass Art blog passed from PR3 to PR2 but this doesn´t influence my earnings from that blog because the biggest chunk comes from advertising revenue.
I still have to check my other blogs but I´ll do that later tonight. Right now I´m off to the mini-market.
See you soon xx

Blogger Status: A Bit Better

Hello folks,
Just to let you know that this blogger is feeling a bit better. Antibiotics seem to be working well but I still have pains in the lower back and am taking pain killer pills.
I´ve been at home everyday but feeling so sick that most time I don´t even feel like blogging or even turning the laptop on.
Now, something else started...toothaches! Goshh...I think I´m in a sort of bad luck phase, one thing sprouts right after another. Well, shouldn´t be complaining so much...could be much, much worst. Just need to get my normal energy levels back and, hopefully, I´ll get trough this soon.
See ya xxx

Night Clicks Blogversary

I just noticed that, today, it´s Night Clicks Blogversary!
I published my first posts here in 4/11/2007 so Night Clicks, a Scorpio ruled blog :), is celebrating it´s 4th Blogversary.
Looking back, I´m happy that I managed to keep this simple mixed bag blog for such a long time...4 years!
Although Night Clicks has very modest stats, I´m amazed with the amount of info I gather here along the time.
Night Clicks was never a personal daily journal kind of blog but each post, even when I´m writing about a product or service, has bits of me.
See you soon xxx

Blogger Status: Sick

Hello,
This blogger has been pretty quiet and sick since October 24th. Although it all started with fever and some back pains, this time it´s not just a flu. I have been fighting a kidney infection.
Last Saturday, I went to the local hospital but after 12 hours, three exams and a few injections, I successfully managed to convince the doctor to "release" me under antibiotics and pain killers. If you remember my story, you know that I worked there for nearly two years and got enough of it.
Well, today I´m feeling much better... guess the medication is doing it´s job. In the past couple weeks this fast spreading (abnormal = where did it came from?) bacterial attack sucked most of my energy but now I´m slowly winning this fight and getting my "normal" energy levels back.
I researched online about this bacteria, got a bit scared about what I read so I´m keeping a picture of it so I remember what I´m up against ;)

Hope to recover soon and wish you all a good Weekend.
See ya xx
