I´d like to leave a quick note to inform my readers and visitors that I have a new blog in english about Portuguese food: Portuguese Menu.
I decided to call the blog Portuguese Menu because I´d like to share some of the easy and tasty recipes I cook, tradicional portuguese recipes but also information about typical ingredients, like vegetables and fruits included in the Mediterranean Diet lifestyle.
