In the last days of May, there were PR updates. I didn´t notice anything before because all my blog´s PR remain the same.
Tonight, after my EC round, I noticed changes in some fellow´s blogs. That´s how I know there were updates done. I have Google PR toolbar installed in my notebook and each time I visit a website I know it´s PR right away.
If you care about this topic, the toolbar is a very useful tool. If you don´t want to install the toolbar, you can add a PR checker like I have in the bottom of Night Clicks´ page. Just scrool down, visit the website and get the html code to add on your website.
I didn´t expect to improve my blog´s PR because I haven´t worked much for that goal. In fact, here in Night Clicks I´ve been posting more links out than working to get backlinks.
According to my stats, the next updates will be in the last days of August. If your goal is having PR, you have three months to work on it.

Privacy Policy: Adsense Publishers

If you´re an Adsense publisher you must have a Privacy Policy in your website or blog until April 8th. If you don´t follow this rule your Adsense account will be suspended.
Right now, I´m adding my Privacy Policy to some of my blogs. If you don´t know how to do this you can find detailed instructions in Adsense website.
Here´s an example from my food blog to help you out:

Traffic Analysis Tool: Google Analytics
I decided to start using again Google Analytics to analyse my Blog´s traffic.
Google Analytics is a free tool that provides a complete traffic report. All you have to do to install this tool is add a piece of HTML code to your Site/Blog. Then, you have to wait a couple days before it´s active.
To get a detailed report, all you have to do is visit: http://www.google.com/analytics/
Log-in, and voilá, all statistics shown in an accurate re-designed format. Some statistics are provided in colored pie graphics that simplify data reading.
I also found that Google has a few more free services for webmasters, check out their page, all services are free.
If you´d like another option to measure your traffic you can use Sitemeter, it´s also a free tool.

I found out that anyone can build webpages and host them completly free in Google: You just have to use Google Page Creator.
Google Page Creator is a free tool to create and publish web pages. No technical knowledge is required. This means that you don´t need to know much about HTML and you also don't need to worry about hosting.
Google Page Creator is a Google Labs project, and is still in an early testing phase.
I´ve checked it out. The site is very easy to use, and you can choose the layout and the colors. To have access to this service you just have to create a Gmail e-mail account.
