Back Online & Friendship Award

Hello everyone! Long time no seen...and no updates here in Night Clicks. I didn´t make any updates for a week but, for me, it seems like a very long time.
After taking antibiotics for five days, my daughter is feeling much better now. She had to miss school for a few days but in Wednesday she no longer had fever and went back to her normal routines, TG!
With H1N1 spreading in a few local schools, any child with fever and flu symptoms has to stay home.

I´d like to thank my friends Marly, Mariuca and Allena for the "get well wishes" to my daughter. Thanks girls! You´re wonderful friends! Even so far away, you think and care about me.

The Year of the Ox and Awards

Hi.
In January, I wrote a post about the Year of the Ox, remember?

In this post I expressed my curiosity about the meaning of my own year.

Night Clicks Received The Honest Scrap Award

Hi everyone.
Night Clicks recently received a few blog awards. Thanks to all who remembered me!
It´s so good to know that others bloggers from different parts of the world think of me. Don´t know exactly how to put it in words but the feeling is fantastic. I´d like to post all awards (lond due) soon and I hope I can acomplish this task in the next few days.
Receiving the first award I´m posting today was a complete surprise to me. I was visiting PhotoDito, a recent photo blog I´ve meet trough EC and which I enjoy very much, when I saw Night Clicks had been awarded the "Honest Scrap Award":

10 Honest Things About Myself

1. When I was a baby, I lived with my parents for two years in Brazil.
2. My mother ran a familiar hotel and I was used to help her in the business.
3. I´m an only child but always had many friends.
4. I like pictures but I´m not a good photografer and...
5. I don´t have a good camera.
6. I had four cats, one dog, birds, turtles, one water snake and some mices as pets.
7. I was raised in a farm located in my home city.
8. I passed every year in school until 12th grade, when I quitted to work.
9. I have an artist vein, my grand father was a photografer and my father an artist with many talents: Painting in oil, acrilic and art with metals.
10. I like driving and when I was younger I had different motorbikes.

Ok. My 10 honest things are done. Once I received several awards, I will pass them to other fellow bloggers all at once, in a future post.

Night Clicks Received The Breast Cancer Awareness Month Tag

Blog Tags and Awards

Hi.
Night Clicks received some blog tags and awards but I´ve been a bad blogger, sorry to all that tagged me. I like this games but sometimes I just don´t have time to do everything. EC dropping, commenting, writing new posts for all my blogs and reviews absorb all my online time. Those bloggers that have a few blogs probably know well what I mean, it´s not easy to manage all. Anyway, I do my best to keep up.
So, this week I promissed myself that I would catch up and post all tags and awards that Night Clicks received in the past weeks.
Before that, I´ll post a "thank you, link love" (while I have some, lol) for my top droppers and advertisers in November.

My Blogs Received New Blog Awards

Hi.
This week my blogs Night Clicks and Portuguese Menu were honoured with blog awards again. It feels great to receive awards from fellow bloggers of different countries that like my blogs. Thanks all for the support and kind words, it´s good to know I´m not alone in this imense blogsphere and you guys are out there thinking of me.
This is one of the reasons I have my picture in some blogs. Although I´m not a "hottie", I got nothing to hide and I´m proud of who I am. Putting my picture in my blogs means someone real is here, sharing my life and my knowledge. At least if you ever meet me in flesh, you know what to expect.
This is a choice bloggers have, either they hide behind logos and avatars or they show themselves to the world and do not fear. Ok, enough of Monkey stuff, lol.
Now I have to prepare my award posts and the tags I received from Mira and Mathias from Entrecard. I´m late with this posts but they weren´t forgoten. Maybe next week I have this posts ready. Before that, I still have to write a couple posts about tech stuff and free resources for my dot com blog.

Two Blog Awards for Night Clicks

I´m happy to announce that Night Clicks received two Portuguese awards from Portugal-na-Suiça blog. Obrigado!
Portugal na Suiça is a Portuguese blog about current news and important events in our country. It also has a section about Tourism and places to visit in Portugal.
The first award is "Companhia da Amizade", which is an award for friendship.
The second award is "Prémio Dardos" and had been passed by my Art blog to Portugal na Suiça blog. Prémio Dardos was already passed by me to some other great Portuguese and Brasilian Blogs. I will pass the friendship award soon.

My "Blog Awards Week"

Hi again.
I´m writing this post to mark this week as my "Blog Awards Week" and to organize my next posts here in Night Clicks.
This week was amazing and hectic. Earnings weren´t bad but the best part was my social life in our blogosphere.
My Countryhome blog received the "Awsome Award" from Nilz, from Fancyshoppe blog. I already passed this award, but only to two bloggers. My art blog received an award by another artist blogger and now I have to pass this one too.
More recently, I was tagged by "Mathias Chronicles". The rules of this tag include writing a post with seven random facts about me and tag seven friends. Uauch, I don´t know if I can tag so many people at once. Well, I´d like to say that this post is not forgotten, I just need a little more time.
I also have other posts in mind. I promised Atniz to share my experiences with SS, and I haven´t wrote this post yet. So, I´m busy with all this stuff, plus writing posts for all my blogs.
