Affiliate Network - Finances

It´s been a while since my last "mmo" post. Lately, I have not been as much active as I used to be and for that reason I have not researched new opportunities for quite some time.
I´m still using the same advertising companies I was using six months ago, so nothing much changed in this front. In fact, I have improved some blog advertising earnings but nothing much expressive which justified a whole new post.
Today´s post is about a company I recently came across in one of my Personal Finances readings called Blue Global Media. Blue Global Media is an affiliate network focused in financial products such as loans and credit reports.
In the past, I have written several posts about Affiliate Marketing and how it works. You can check my older posts in the archives section. So, I think I can skip long, general explanations and go straight to the point. Today´s post is more about an affiliate opportunity which I would not mind trying it out myself, kind of a lead for those who already know how these schemes work. Some people make good money trough Affiliate Marketing but it does not work the same for all.
Once Global Media is focused on financial products, they provide Payday affiliate programs and are interested in other financial leads. If you have a website about financial topics, expertise in this area or would like to try out this opportunity just click in any of the links in this post and you will be directed to this company´s website.

Credit Repair

As you know, Personal Finances is one of my favorite blogging topics. In the past couple years, I have become a follower of a number of PF websites and blogs. The majority of the websites I follow are American and although their reality is different from mine, I enjoy learning how things work overseas. Sometimes, I also find new ideas to save money which can be applied to my own life.
Recently, I was reading an article about bad credit reputation and learned that, in some countries, there are credit repair companies. These companies provide services which can help people repairing their credit score both in short and long term.
In my country, things work a bit different. Once you gain a bad credit reputation it´s not easy to repair it unless you pay all the debts and even then you have to wait a few years until the records in the central bank are deleted. I guess we´re a bit behind in this type of useful services.

Downsizing Process

As some of you know, I write about Personal Finances and my overall life goals at my other blog Mizé Journey. It´s a simple blog, installed in a first level domain, which I bought solely for this purpose. I already wrote about today´s topic there, and without posting duplicate content, I will sum it up here as well because not all Night Clicks readers visit my other blog.
I´m in the middle of a lifestyle changing process. A lifestyle makeover or whatever you want to call it. The first steps of this process were taken back in 2005 when I decided that I needed to stop splurging money and took control of my personal finances.
2009 was a year of profound changes in my home life but the internal process of desiring a change/downsize kept going. In 2010, among other things, I´ve managed to finally become debt free and before the year ended I adopted the theme "Just Do it!" for 2011.
During this year, I will try to sell my T3 flat, move to my T2 and after I will renovate it. This flat is in a building built in 1983 and needs a good remodeling: A new bathroom, including bathroom vanities, a new kitchen, new doors, windows and floor tiles. There´s a lot to be done there and, depending on how fast I sell this flat, I estimate the renovation will continue throughout 2012.
I just started to prepare the moving...I have a lot of work to do but, in the search of a simpler life, I think it will all be worthy. The real downsizing process just began...
I will report my progresses here and at my other blog Mizé Journey.
See you soon xx

Money Topics

The year end is a good time to make a life balance, look back and into the future.
In the past two years my life changed a lot. I´m now a single mother and the only captain of this ship and that makes a huge difference. Before divorce, everything I did had a family focus, my life gravitated around my ex and my daughter.
All finances and money decisions were made having the three of us in mind, not anymore. For me, 2011 will be a year in which I will need to focus on my personal finances. Now that I´m unemployed, things will get a bit harder for us. I have to cut down all unnecessary expenses and luxuries.
I´m also planning to move and sell the flat we are currently living in.
Until I´m able to sell my flat, I will have to stretch all Euros. The only thing that could rescue me from this financial situation would be finding a new job or a way to have some Wicked Profits.
I will need to do something to change this, stop worrying and taking action. This also means that once my mind will be focused on money topics, I will write more blog posts for my Personal Finances blog...that´s for sure.
See you soon :)

Finances Topics

As some of you know, personal finances is a topic I enjoy although I´m still learning how to better manage my own finances. After my break up I had to rethink all my plans for the future and adapt to my current reality.
I´m always looking to learn more and I enjoy reading personal finances websites.
Recently, I came across a website that provides information about financial topics such as savings accounts, credit cards, insurance, mortgage and CD rates. Bankcdrate is a website which was created to help finding the best CD rates online but it also provides information for all US users that care about saving money topics.

Rates Website

In my current situation, personal finance is a top priority topic. I´m not in serious debt but I need some stability.
For now, I can consider myself lucky because, unlike many people, I don´t have to worry about a mortgage or rates.
If you´re interested in US rates, you can check MonitorBankRates website. This website, launched in 2008, is an online personal finance publication that covers rates, such as certificate of deposit rates, savings accounts, credit cards, mortgages, insurance, auto loans and more.
MonitorBankRates also publishes the latest news, money saving advice, tips from the financial industry and provides useful calculators to help you plan your finances.

Investmint: Personal Finance Website

The economy downturn makes most of us think about saving and personal finance more than ever. Personally, I´m interested in all subjects related to to this topic and I´m always searching for tips to maximize my savings.
If you´re interested in personal finance, there´s a good site blog you can visit called Investmint.
Investmint was developed by Bernz Jayma P. , an Illinois accountant and entrepreneur, to help others learn how to save and invest. In this Website you can find different financial topics such as: establish financial goals, tips to save money, investing strategies (real estate, stock market, etc), retirement strategies, and more.
Investmint also provides free financial calculators and other useful resources to help you manage your money to achieve financial independence.

Mortgage and Financing Solutions

Many countries are now in financial recession. For the Real Estate market this recession means there are less buyers and house prices have been lowered while other can´t afford the mortgage anymore.
Most families opt to buy instead of renting but the weight of a mortgage in their budget depends largely on interest rates. So a wise thing to do is consider the weight of a mortgage before buying. If you´re thinking about buying a house you can make a few different financing simulations and choose the lower interests tax.
If you live in US, there´s a Wilmington NC mortgage corporation, called Alpha Mortgage, that can help you find the best financing options to buy your home.
Alpha Mortgage Corporation is a full service mortgage banker, founded in 1983, and is one of the most trusted names in mortgages in Wilmington NC real estate business. This company provides services such as funding, in-house processing, underwriting and closing.
Alpha Mortgage has grown into a stable corporation due the introduction of innovative services that are now standards in the mortgage industry. This services include a best rate guarantee, special “no doc” loans aimed at entrepreneurs, same day approval plans, ten day closing and special programs for self-employed borrowers. They´re also specialists in larger amount loans, called Jumbo and super jumbo loans. For more information visit their website.
