Fun Picture Maker

Although I´m not a great photographer, I enjoy taking pictures very much. When I bought my digital camera I didn´t know it had several features that enable me to add special effects to pictures. In fact, it was my daughter that found out about my camera´s features. Every time I buy a new multimedia device she´s the first to play around with buttons and discover what´s their use. Nowadays, kids seem to be born with technology knowledge.
One thing I really enjoy is to play around and add picture effects. I often use a software that allows me to change some picture´s details such as red eyes and insert different colors and effects.

This fun photo maker provides more than 100 effects and they have a new effect everyday. I used a picture of my cat Nina to create the images above.
This fun photo maker is very easy to use, you don´t need to crop pictures or do anything else. You just need to upload the effect you want to create, upload your photo and click the "create photo" button. In a few moments you´ll have your new picture and the respective html code which you can use in any page you like. Sounds fun, doesn´t it?

Keeping Good Memories

When I was a kid, cameras were not as usual as nowadays. My mother used to take me pictures, at least, twice a year and in special occasions. She gathered all my best pictures and made a photo album to offer me. When I was pregnant, I decided to do the same thing. I started taking pictures of every special moment to make a Photo Album for my daughter. Once I didn´t have a digital camera I had to print all photos. Back then, printing photos was expensive.
In fact, I took so many pictures of my daughter as a baby that I made a few albums. I still need to buy a couple more albums to keep all the photos I took in recent years.
When I show my Photo Albums to my friends or colleagues, I realize that I´m not getting younger and I miss those days when my daughter was a baby so much. She was so cute, just like a bald-headed doll.
I was browsing the Internet for photo albums and found one shop that also has very cool day planners, just how I like them. Yes, I´m already thinking about my Christmas presents. This year, I´m offering myself a few.

As you know, I´m not a great photographer but I like pictures very much, specially countryside or sea scenic views.

All Wong´s images are available with rights-managed licensing and for purchase as open-edition fine art print. In his website you´ll find a vast collection of San Francisco pictures and different California locations. The website also has other theme photos such as nature and people.
Wong works as a freelancer photographer, writer and has his own photoblog. You can make a special request by phone or e-mail.

If you like using desktop Wallpapers there´s a good resource website you can visit in ShareWallpapers dot org.
Share Wallpapers offers over 80,000 high quality Wallpapers distributed in many different categories, such as Music Wallpapers, Abstract, Art and Nature. I also found some awesome 3D Abstracts and ideas for design.

My Photo Album Project

I love pictures, it´s one of my favorite hobbies. A picture captures a moment in time that can be remembered forever. My favorites are nature and family pictures.
I like all nature pictures, specially those which include sunsets, sea, moon, animals and flowers.
My old camera broke down and last Christmas, I bought a digital camera as a gift to myself to continue the family album I started for my daughter even before she was born. I started this photo album because I want her to know how se looked like in different stages of her childhood. We can´t remember everything, that´s why a picture album is such a good idea.
I already have two albums filled with pictures but soon I will need some more because mine don´t have anymore space.
A photo album would be a great gift for me this Christmas, I don´t know why but it´s in wintertime, near this festive season, that I feel like organizing my picture albums.

Two Websites to Play with Pictures

Weekend is perfect to play around and do those things we can´t do everyday because we don´t have the time, so I´m back with more fun stuff.
If you like playing around with pictures like I do, probably you´re going to have fun with this two websites, like I did. I came across this websites while searching for pictures.
It´s those sites where you can upload pictures to frame or give them a different look. My favorite it´s the first one, I uploaded a picture of myself to check how I looked in the 50th and it was to much, I couldn´t stop laughing.

Blogging Resources: Free Images for Posts

Hi everyone.
After my last posts about tourism I´m back with a brief review of a good resource for free images. Images are frequently used to complement posts and I think it works very well in certain blogs.
If you would like to post pictures, but you don´t have your own, a good solution is to look for free pics websites.
I´m researching to build a list of free images resources which I´d like to post on my other blog dedicated to free net stuff. Most websites I´m examining offer both a free and a paid section.
To use this free pictures in your blog, it´s a good idea to read the website TOS and make sure the pics are royalty free before publishing. Some websites ask for a link back when you use their pictures, so it´s better to check their rules and avoid copyright infringement issues.
Not all websites offer good resolution images for free, and those who do have a restricted selection of topics. I´m looking for those websites that offer the best deals to include in my list.

Free Images: A Huge List of Websites

Hi.
This week I´ve been working full time in my job. In summer vacations the school I work in sets up activities outside, like going to the beach, and we have more kids there. So, this week I´ll have less time to work in my blogs. I also didn´t manage to finish my money balance post yet.
