Today is one of those days I feel like posting different stuff.
So, today´s post is about one of my favorite cartoons: Mafalda. I started to like Mafalda when I was ten years old, although I didn´t understand some topics, specially politics and world economy.
Mafalda and her friends were created by an Argentinian-born artist who goes by the single name of Quino, his real name is Joaquin Salvador Lavado.
Mafalda cartoons mix satire, irony and political commentary, they were originaly created in Spanish but were translated to Portuguese and other languages.
Mafalda last cartoons date from the 70th, but some are as actual as they were back then. For some more Mafalda resources check out:
